It was a busy year for the Hirsh team; we faced challenges, solved problems, and achieved new milestones. From workforce development initiatives to industry-leading awards, here are just a few standout moments that made 2024 a special year for Hirsh Precision.
We achieved FDA registration! This was a critical accomplishment for our team.
We celebrated our 1-year anniversary in our new headquarters! And what better way to mark the occasion than with a virtual tour-style video of the facility?
We also acquired new machines that are dedicated for prototype work!
Hirsh won the NTMA 6S award for the 10th year in a row!
Hirsh leadership attended the 2024 LSI Emerging Medtech Summit, where President and CEO spoke at and led one of the panel discussions!
Peter was also featured on an episode of the Machine Shop Mastery podcast. Peter and show host Paul van Metre had a thought provoking discussion around sustainable growth and leadership tactics.
Peter and other employees also represented Hirsh at IMTS this year, where they contributed to various talks and interviews.
Several engineers and machinists from Hirsh partnered with the Dawson School to support their robotics team -- congratulations to the Gears & Buccaneers on a great season!
We played hosted to the Carbon Valley Chamber of Commerce for a panel discussion around local workforce development. Hirsh employees Chris Castaneda (Manufacturing Engineer) and Ryan Stewart (Continuous Improvement Manager) participated in the discussion with other local business owners and educational partners.
Hirsh also partnered with the Boulder Chamber, St. Vrain Valley School District, and the Career Elevation and Technology Center to host two Parents Nights!
What better way to kick off 2024 than with our annual Team Appreciation Day?
This was the first of many Team Appreciation Days in our new headquarters, and the 65,000 square-foot space was the perfect place to celebrate with some good food, ping pong, cornhole, and even an indoor driving range!
They say finish strong, and that's exactly what we did! We got to close out 2024 AND celebrate our 45th year in business with some inspiring words from leadership and a team potluck.
As we continue to grow in 2025 and beyond, these opportunities to bond as a team and reflect on our journey are such a highlight for both seasoned Hirsh veterans and newcomers alike.
